Our experienced coaching team provides one-on-one customized coaching for collective ownership projects at all stages. Whether your goal is to launch, grow, or stabilize, we provide support in the areas of:

Group Training Workshops
We host regular group workshops based on common needs we hear from our partners. Each session focuses on practical tools and lessons from local and national experts. Workshops may be one-time sessions or a multi-part series. They’re a great way to learn while connecting with other community ownership projects across Chicago.
Research & Policy
Our team researches, designs, and advocates for policies that strengthen community ownership. We’ve developed a citywide policy agenda and co-convene policy tables to educate and make recommendations to City, County, and State policymakers. We also partner on the implementation of recently passed policies.
Shared Services
We’re exploring shared back-office services to make community ownership easier and more sustainable. By building shared systems, we can reduce costs, save time, and strengthen the entire ecosystem. We’re currently in the learning phase and anticipate piloting shared services in late 2026.
